  1. Seeing the fields start to come to life with produce that will soon grace the tables of Alexandria's fine restaurants and, hopefully, even meals at Woodlawn is a wonderful and exciting moment. Congratulations all!

  2. In the realm of professional aluminum machines the distinction between airless and air-assisted (HVLP) technologies is fundamental to choosing the right tool for the job. Airless painting machines work by pumping paint at incredibly high pressures (up to $3,000 \text{ psi}$) through a small orifice in the spray tip, causing the paint to atomize. This method is the powerhouse of the construction world, ideal for applying thick coatings on large exteriors or industrial steel structures because it delivers high volume with minimal "overspray." On the other hand, HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) systems use a high volume of air to pull paint through the nozzle at a much lower pressure. This results in a softer, more controlled spray pattern that is perfect for intricate detail work, automotive refinishing, and furniture, where a smooth, mirror-like finish is more important than raw speed.
